HESS PILATES PURCHASING POLICY

Welcome to Hess Pilates! This Purchasing Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase of memberships, classes, packages, and retail products. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read it carefully.

1. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit cards

  • Online payment systems (as available on our website)

All payments must be made in advance. Taxes and processing fees may apply depending on your method of payment.

2. MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES

2.1 Membership Options: We offer a variety of membership plans tailored to different fitness goals. Details are available on our website and in-studio.

2.2 Automatic Renewal: Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

2.3 Cancellation: To cancel your membership, email us or submit a written request at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted late will be processed for the following cycle.

2.4 Early Termination: Early termination of an active membership is subject to a $200 fee unless waived in specific cases by Hess Pilates management.

2.5 Freezes and Holds: Members may request a hold or freeze on their membership for up to 30 days for travel or medical reasons with supporting documentation. Requests must be submitted in advance and approved by management.

2.6 Class packages expire within 1 month of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2.7 Membership pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Members will be informed of any updates in advance.

2.8 Founders Deal Policy : Members who enroll in the Founders Deal can freeze their membership up to two times per year, with each freeze lasting up to one month. If a member cancels their Founders Deal membership, they will lose the special Founders pricing. Should they choose to rejoin, they must do so at the regular membership rate available at that time. This ensures that the exclusive benefits of the Founders Deal remain reserved for those who maintain continuous membership.

 

 

3. CLASS PURCHASES

3.1 Class Packages: We offer single classes, multi-class packs, and specialty series. Expiration dates apply and will be stated at time of purchase.

3.2 Booking and Cancellation:

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our website or app.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

3.3 Expiration and Transfers: Unused classes after expiration will not be refunded, extended, or transferred unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. RETAIL PURCHASES

4.1 Sales: All retail purchases, including apparel, accessories, and gear, are final unless the item is defective.

4.2 Returns and Exchanges: Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with a valid receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging.

5. REFUNDS

5.1 Memberships & Classes: Memberships and class purchases are non-refundable. In exceptional cases (e.g. billing errors), refunds may be issued at the discretion of Hess Pilates management.

5.2 Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges for defective items are allowed within 14 days of purchase with valid proof.

6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

6.1 Eligibility: Introductory offers are limited to new clients and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated.

6.2 Limitations: Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

7. GIFT CARDS & PACKAGES

Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or retail item. They are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

8. POLICY CHANGES

Hess Pilates reserves the right to update or modify this Purchasing Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to our website and apply to future purchases.
